School enrollment

Danish

Nature/technology

Part of something bigger
A well-structured teaching programme for lower primary (grades 1–3) focusing on the Danish Realm, designed for the subject Science and Technology. The programme consists of four lessons of 90 minutes each and follows a clear progression.
The material is organised into four themes that together introduce students to Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. It can be used as a complete programme or adapted by selecting individual themes and activities.
The programme is flexible and can easily be adjusted to different school schedules – for example by dividing it into shorter lessons or combining it with other subjects.
The materials are provided as PDFs in Danish but can be translated using tools such as Google Translate.
The aim is to help students understand both the differences and similarities between the three countries in the Danish Realm and to give them an early sense of the connections that link them together.
